CLIENT : Yolt
PROBLEM : Yolt needed to adhere to the new Know Your Customer (KYC ) laws in the U.K., which meant adding an extra identification verification flow to the app. Yolt users would need to complete this, before they could use the app. As the flow had to be quite detailed, it needed to be accompanied by illustrations to help keep the user informed and engaged throughout the process - to try and reduce the amount of drop offs whilst the flow was being completed.
SOLUTION : The UX team created the new KYC wireframes, tested them and then worked up the final flow of the full KYC process ( without the illustrations ). Once signed off, I took their Sketch files and created bespoke illustrations for each stage of the KYC flow - this included a carousel, various intro pages and status screens.
